Welcome to this State of the Art house; the biggest new build house in England for at least fifty years.
This house is the Pride of the North East of England.
What do we Stand for?
* Sunderland AFC in the Premier League;
* An end to Penalty Shoot Outs where Sunderland or England lose;
* A lifetime ban on all Sunderland goalkeepers who move to Newcastle United; and
* Transfer fees to be waived when players transfer to Sunderland...
* ... combined with a 95% wage subsidy for Sunderland players financed through general taxation.

I am a MILLIONAIRE. I have won the lottery twice and intend to spend the winnings on Sunderland AFC.
Already I have secretly (until now) financed the record purchases of Lee Clark (�2.5 million) and Niall Quinn (�1.3 million).
I also scout for bargains, and last season discovered and purchased Kevin Phillips (�325,000).
I am looking for quality players to donate to Mr Reid for next season at the moment.
Of course, Bob Murray and the Sunderland Board still finance deals too, and have recently brought in the likes of Daniel Dichio and Mike Pollitt.

Sunderland are by far the greatest team the world has ever seen.
This season has been one of notable near misses; we are record breaking losers:
* Highest number of points without being promoted;
* Most goals scored in a Play-Off Final without actually winning;
* Top scoring team in the country;
* Best away record in the country;
* Highest average attendance in the league;
* Highest attendance for a match in the history of the Nationwide League;
* Top Scorer in the League (Kevin Phillips)...
* ... who also broke the club's Post-War goals scored in a season record;
* Winners of Nationwide League Fair Play Award; and
* fielded the Nationwide League Player of the Season (also Kevin Phillips).
What a bastard! Next season we're going up!!!
